Worst Costomer Service
I have experienced the worst service from discovery and I am considering getting another insurance company also to advise all the people that I referred to them to do likewise.

I was hijacked on 18/02/16 and I contacted Discovery through my broker who launched a claim on my behalf. I got an e-mail from Trey requesting for my number on Tuesday, 24/02 and sent him the number. He called me the following day. After discussing the incident with him and all the items that were lost in the incident. Two days later he told me that the claim was with the specialist since there were nonvehicle items. In his response a week later he told me that they will only cover the keys. In his response I was charged access yet on the schedule access is not payable if the keys were lost during a hijack. After several phone calls he responded that the claim has been approved and the access waived after I had threatened him of escalating the matter.

It is 3 weeks now, my claim hasn't been settled. My calls are not returned. I wonder why discovery does not cover at least eyeware and jewellery that is taken from hijack incidence like other insurance companies.
DISCOVERY'S SERVICE SUCKS!!!
