Worst company to deal with

Allright. <br> <br> So i will be leaving discovery insure on the grounds of absolute horribe, useless, incompetant dealings.<br> <br> Firstly i tried to add an excess funder facility, phoned discovery spoke to some asshole said he had done it. Log on today ot still has not been processed. <br> <br> Had the same issue when i started the policy had to phone 4 tomes to get some joy out of a simple task. <br> <br> Had a claim a couple of months ago, the damage was not bog less than my excess but no one lets me lnow this little fact i have to contact them asking why the claim is taking so long only to find out that i have to pay for the damage myself. Which is okay. But please advise your client on this.<br> <br> I logged a call on the website for someone, preferrably senior to contact me. No response.<br> <br> Im sorry dont phone me... Go and **** yourself im looking for a new insurer.<br> <br> I do have names and ref numbers for all this **** mentioned but im not looking for it, thank you diacovery you have just lost another customer.
