Worst communications!!

NEVER TO RECOMMEND INSURANCE!! My claim is now 2,5 months old Number ***. They can't get spare parts is the answer, first the look for second hand parts now they are conceding to new parts, but no answer when this will happen. I CANT DRIVE MY CAR AT NIGHT! and during the day police stops me! I want the claim to be paid out to me and i will get it fixed! No answer either
