Worst claims service

I logged a claim on 11 January and to date I haven't had any feedback from the claims department. My kitchen was flooded from a burst pipe and the plumbers appointed by Discovery didn't consider it an urgent matter, so I got local plumbers to come out immediately, I still don't know if my invoice will be paid by Discovery. I'll definitely look at changing insurance, clearly Discovery are only decent at medical aid.
