WORST CLAIMS EXPERIENCE EVER- 3 MONTHS LATER CAR STILL NOT FIXED

3 Months later my claim is still not sorted. No communication i have to call in all the time. Your consultant Jose Nielsen is the worst consultant you have ever employed. I WANT SOMEONE TO CALL AND GET MY CAR REPAIRED. THIS IS BEYOND PATHETIC THAT I HAVE TO CANCEL REPAIR BOOKING FOR THE FOURTH TIME . I will be lodging a complaint with the Ombud
