Worst Claims Experience - Do not insure here

I have had the WORST experience with Discovery Insure as the third party. Their client hit my car while I was parked at Hyde Park shopping center. I sent all the required documents (which was very extensive) on the 12th of August. Since then, almost 1 month later, nothing. Not even a confirmation of receipt. The claims handler, Nonhlanhla, has allegedly been asked to confirm receipt 3 times and still nothing.

I will never insure my assets with this company after the experience I have had. I don't know if they deliberately say nothing because they don't want to pay the claim or what, either way, I will be taking it further if I do not hear anything back by the end of this week.
