Worst claim process with **** advertising and promises

I insured my car with Discovery insure due to their glamorous promises and advertising. part of their advertising was that should you meet the set requirements, then you do not pay access during the claim. I was involved in an accident exactly one year ago, the claim was processed after a very lengthy period and it came less the access promised. I have been following it up with various people, making calls and now they finally got back to me recently telling me about the other party involved in the accident. I held my end of the deal to and they just cannot do the same What they advertise and what you really get are two totally different things. Once they get your business, the service does not matter. I have been thrown from pillar to post ( I think the intention is to frustrate the client to the point the client gives up), with little if not no communication unless the client follows up I am in the market for a new insurer and I am RUNNING away as fast as I can I did not mind paying the high premiums , but each time a claim came.....it was such a painful moment......all the claims have been a REAL PAIN........imagine dealing with the accident then again now you have to deal with the insurance and their **** promises. Such a bitter taste in my mouth I am in fact considering moving all my other policies from Discovery in general
