Worst claim experience I have ever had to endure

Worst claim experience I have ever had to endure in my 12 years of having car insurance. A claim that should have taken 2-3 weeks to settle at most, took just over three months to resolve. A very poorly executed claim, which was poorly handled by the claim administrator, his manager, and legal recoveries.

I would not recommend discovery at all after this experience. Very disappointing, especially given the size of this company.
