Worst car insurance experience in 10 years

My worst experience with car insurance in 10 years. Incident was on 4 Nov, It's 9 Dec & Discovery is still trying to "validate" the claim. No updates, no response to queries, what an absolutely *********** group, & process. For a measly R5k/pm in premiums, I expected to be served way better than this. About time to get new quotes.
