Worst Car Insurance Company Ever

<p>Don’t ever use discovery for car insurance, they are the most unprofessional, uns****ed, *********** company I have ever had to deal with.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was a victim of the recent November flash floods, my vehicle got swept away in flood waters and became immobile. Had to have the vehicle towed and put onto a roll back. Discovery had appointed Cas Towing to assist us, during the towing process the driver broke my front bumper and acknowledged it was in his error. After signing the tow slip and explaining to the driver that I will contact discovery to report the damage, the vehicle was towed to a dealership to be assed. 2 days later the assessor informs us that nothing is wrong with the vehicle, I requested a full report on the assessment which never sufficed and to add insult to injury I have to deal directly with the tow company to resolve the damages caused during the tow. I later find out that the driver of the tow company claimed the bumper was damaged before the towing even happened. Discovery went on to close the claim without my authorization and later sends me form stating I have requested the claim be closed and the signed form returned to them. Discovery is a *******!! The service is beyond pathetic, incompetence and negligence at its finest.</p> <p> </p> <p>All 12 of my family and friends have since moved away from Discovery.</p> <p> </p>
