Worse service in the world

Discovery insure has been trying to fool people in buying short term insurance with them ... they under sell the price on the product but the service and after sales support sticks.ili got both my Mercedes Benz insured with them and when I rise a claim for my ****** driver side mirror they don’t call me back or send me follow ups every time I call the call center they either place me on hold or tell me they gonna call back but they don’t ... I email my claims administrator several time to please call me but not reply I call her and she’s always on a call so another agents plays the game with we can we go on in circles like this each time a new agent will take you in circles playing for time it’s been a month now and I still cannot get hold of my claims admin she’s very busy and other agents also don’t make notes on the system as to the call log so nobody can see who taken your call last so nobody can be reponsible and this is how they call centre works it’s just the worse service I ever had even Telekom is better ...
