Worse Car Insurer ever

Discovery Car Insure If you are thinking of going with Discovery car insure, please do think twice. Dont fall for the "no access" thing they claim they do . It has been 9 months since someone reversed into me (where I had to pay the access and claim it back from Discovery) Till this day, I have not seen that money . Constant back and foreth with the legal team with them uselessly telling me , it is in the process (every single month for the past 9 month). Absolutely terrible service. At this point , any other car insurer is better than Discovery Car Insurance.

Bongani Radebe who is supposed to be my advisor has done nothing but tell me " we are following up" - for 9 months now. The management doesnt care either because they are CC'd in the communication.
