EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM TSHEPHO MASHALA: On Sunday 06 July 2020 I went to my local car wash to fetch my car in Brackenhurst, Aberton (Gauteng) - Jeep Grande Cherokee. The vehicle would not start due to as faulty battery and could also not be jump-started. It was 16h00 and the car wash was was about to close. For the first time since joining Discovery Insure I called their Roadside Assist No. The line was promptly answered by Tshepho Mashala, who arranged a mechanic to come to me. 30 Minutes later everything was resolved and I drove happily home.
