Working from home ? Discovery increases premiums

I have been with discovery insurer for over 2 years and During that time I had 1 claim where they claimed from the 3rd parties insurance that drove into me they even recovered my excess and For over 2 years I had been paying over R1300 for a little Renault Sandero the vehicle lost value but the premiums kept on increasing and when I enquired I was advised Discovery paid R20000 to fix my vehicle but how did they pay when the money was recovered from Miway insurance , a few days back I called to change my parking as I am working from home and to my surprise the premiums increased by almost R200 , I wanted to laugh even the advisor Wendy Nsibande dealing with it could not explain, how a vehicle that travels on the N1 and pass Rigel ave which has for the past 10 years had The most reported accidents in South Africa is more safe then my house where the vehicle is stationary and not moving ,The retentions advisor said that she will refer and get back to me guess what? no call and no feedback , I am sick of the way you treat loyal clients and will cancel and move my insurance from discovery insure because all they care about is milking clients dry with their unfair risk ratings , many big reputable companies quoted me cheaper in the past but I stocked with discover because of my medical aid , but I am done I wash my hands.
