My name is Sifundo Bulose. This is the first time I am writing on this platform but I thought I must share this wonderful experience which is rare in nowadays. On my way back from KZN, my BMW 420d front window screen got badly damaged by a stones from a truck. On arrival to PE, I reported the incident to the police thereafter I called Discovery Insure. I spoke Dimakatso Ramotlou who put my mind at ease and resolved it within minutes. I got an email whilst I was on a call with her that my matter is being referred to PG glass. She was so friendly and assured me that everything will be sorted. My window screen was replaced within three days. She even made follow-ups checking whether I was happy with the service and personnel at PG glass. Dimakatso Ramotlou is a reflection of what excellent customer services should be, she served me with diligence and care.
