wont cover high value loan hearing aids

I have been loaned a pair of trial hearing aids for one week and their value is R96 140-00. I tried to get them insured for the loan duration. First I was told that the minimum duration for cover is one month, which I accepted. Then they decided they would not insure them because I am not the owner. The full risk for replacement in the event of loss is mine and Discovery, with whom I've been associated with for many years, cannot help. I'm extremely disappointed in their unwillingness to discuss options or help. Time to look elsewhere for cover.
