Wonderful telephone manner

I call inland broker services at least 5 times a day. <br> When the consultants answer and speak as if they are terribly depressed, it just upsets me.... however, saying that- each time I have spoken to Melissa Meyer she has been very friendly and has a wonderful telephone manner. There are only a few people in her department who take interest in their job- and Melissa is definitely one of them! Look forward to dealing with her again!
