Wonderful Service from Emergency Assist

This rating relates solely to my experience with the Emergency Assist side of Discovery Insure and not Discovery Insure in its entirety. Each time I've dealt with Emergency Assist, the service has been great. The consultants are not only polite but do what is required. Today I dealt with a gentleman named Zunaid Joseph, whose service did not disappoint. He organized help for me promptly and kept his word to check on me to see if I'd been sorted. The lady I dealt with previously when I needed my car towed after a pothole incident was equally wonderful. The claims and admin departments could learn a thing or two from Emergency Assist....
