<p>I'd Like to take a moment to commend Yvonne from the Retentions Department.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called in to cancel my policy due to it becoming increasingly expensive.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yvonne assisted me with Professionalism and took on the challenge to keep me as a customer. She went out of her way to offer me alternatives, and went out of her way to push for a reduction in the policy - even though the system said there were no options. </p> <p>By the end of the interaction she was able to negotiate a discount on my behalf and made me feel appreciated as a customer. </p> <p> </p> <p>Yvonne is a true Asset to Discovery Insure, and I truly hope that they appreciate and reward Amazing staff like Yvonne.</p> <p> </p>
