Wonderful experience - Claims and Service

On the 29th April I was unfortunate to have experienced a hijacking incident. I called Discovery Insure DQ track and the team was able to recover the car in just under 60 minutes. The claims process started and and Roslin Moodley from Motor claims has been amazing, in less than two weeks Roslin had made sure that my portable possessions that were ****** during the incident had been replaced, my car was assessed and booked in for the minor damages it had. Roslin was on the ball and took me through every step with ease and made sure that I was updated at all times via telephonic contact and confirmations via email. I would like to thank Discovery Insure and Roslin for their world class service. This has made me see that my move to Discovery Insure was not a mistake at all. I would recommend Discovery Insure 10 times over to anyone. Their attention to detail and onus to help and resolve the challenge has been awesome. I am sure that when other insurers call me now to offer their services the call will go something like "will you do what Discovery Insure did?', 'is your service as exceptional as Discovery Insure's?' etc. Thanks again to the Discovery Insure Team specifically Roslin Moodley and Paulus, This is what we call the Dream Team!!! :) Keep up the great work!
