Mbali Ndlangamandla, thank you for your wonderful service, what i liked is that you did not sound pushy, you assisted me with precisely what i asked, you did not try to change my mind but went an extra mile to show me what i didnt see, for your wondeful sales skills you even got me wanting to insure everything else i got and even speak to my husband into it. i loved how thorough you were, it was a conversation and not a monologue.
