Won't pay fair claims!

Short version of the story - someone reversed into our (stationary) car - insured with Discovery. What a disaster. 2 quotes, time off work to see their assessor and umpteen phone calls later, and they have still not settled the full amount. First we're told the assessor is more qualified than the actual panel beaters who will repair the vehicle, then we're told we need to prove case law and that our claim is fair. We've provided every document, the vehicle is roadworthy and we've wasted many hours following up/getting quotes/etc. <br> <br> Furthermore - leaving messages is pointless... they hardly ever call you back, and I've got to phone 2 or 3 times before they actually answer the phone!<br> <br> Discovery - your \service"is non existent and you're profiting from the misfortune of others. It's not acceptable - where is the accountability!?<br> <br> Discovery makes every excuse to either not pay"
