Won't admit to mistake, leaving me stranded

Day 1: Break down - I asked to be towed to East London, but was towed to Bloem as closer. Quote to tow to EL was over R4800. Day2: Car fixed but break down again but able to limp car back to dealer. Request to be towed to JHB, but refused by Discovery, must be nearest dealer, whom they don't know who they are. Requested towing quote, I am told also around R4900. Sounds right as distance from Aliwal to EL was about same distance as Bloem to JHB. I make a decision to remove car from dealer based on this. <br> Get call back later to make arrangements and then told cost is R7800! They refuse to admit mistake made, but meanwhile the car still in Bloem while I managed to arrange a loan vehicle to be returned 4 Jan, from which date I have no transport!
