Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing

At Discovery Insure there is great customer service at the call centre where people who listen to understand you such as Lerato Sebiloane who I received great service from.. but sadly once you join the company you find out that all is not what they presented it to be.. when you now have a claim the service does a full 180° turn.. the frustration and the level of not caring about their customers goes to an alarming level.. I had to call everyday for 2 months just to get progress on my claim and heard so many we apologise for the delays and we will get back to you.. which never happens because I am the one who needs to call again.. only to find out that the person who my claim was assigned to was on leave and I was then expected to wait for them like my life is on hold. Dealing with Discovery these past few months have been a horrific nightmare that has been so costly one my side and very little to no care on their side.. I would not wish that on anyone and as such i would not recommend Discovery to anyone in future.
