WITHOUT A CAR FOR A MONTH, NEED LEGAL HELP

Hi<br> I am in desperate need of A LEGAL ADVISOR to get my vehicle repair, either by my Insurer, the Panel Beater who initially did work on my car or my VW warranty plan. I will try to cut the story short. 3 Months ago, that is some time in October, I put in a claim to have my insurer some damages to my car. They appointed a approved panel beater who did the work on my car, but when I received my vehicle after the repairs , I felt that the workmanship was not up to scratch. Basically, on the day I received my vehicle from the panel beaters, a few km's into the drive, my car started flashing signals and I took it the nearest garage, they opened up the bonnet and fount that the water pipes where not connected, the oil and water tanks were empty. The people at the garage assisted me with the pipes. I sent discovery an email to alter them of the poor workmanship and quality control checks of their appointed panel beater . 3 months later, my car has started giving me problems, specifically the cylinder gasket to my VW Tiguan has been damaged and it needs to be repaired but now, discovery does not want to deal with their appointed panel beater, nor assist with repair this damage.
