Withdrawn claim re-instated

I had a motor vehicle accident, the other party was liable therefore i decided to institute a 3rd party claim against her insurance. I had to withdraw the claim from my own insurance.<br> Absa insurance was the other parties insurer only wanted to pay 60% of the damages to my vehicle even though their client had admitted liability, this left me with a significant deficit to cover personally.<br> I approached discovery insure and implored them to please assist me in this regard.<br> The team was very understanding, even though I had signed a waiver. They re-instituted my original claim immediately and said that they would deal with the 3rd party insurer directly.<br> I had 3 phonecalls subsequently from Zweli, Thuli and Eugenia at Discovery to ensure that my car was assessed and the claim re-opened.<br> Really awesome service.
