With Appreciated To Discovery Insure & Service Provider, The Drain Surgeon, Pretoria

I would like to commend Sibukeli Kolondiya, Operations Service Consultant at Discovery Insure for his outstanding service as well as to the team from service provider, The Drain Surgeon. We had woken up to having no hot water on Wedneday, 24th August 2022, I phoned Discovery Insure emergency services who arranged for The Drain Surgeon service provider to come out and assist. The Drain Surgeon on arrival, Jack was swift and efficient, establishing that the thermostat needed to be replaced due to power surge which he did immediately within 15min and Jack also asked me if there was any other related concerns I had he could assist me with. As Jack was still packing up his equipment, I received a call from Sibukeli Kolondiya from Discovery Insure to find out if the service provider had arrived, was I happy with the workmanship and if there was anyway they coud assist me further. Now that is fantastic commendable service from both Discovery Insure and The Drain Surgeon!
