Wish there were more Serushin Naidoo's @ Discovery

Dear Mr. Gore, Sundelson, & Ossip<br> <br> I thought it important to inform you of the exceptional service I have been privileged to receive from Serushin Naidoo at Discovery Insure since being introduced to him in November 2013, when a long outstanding query remained unresolved, which he promptly resolved correctly the first time, & completely recovered the position for Discovery, as I was ready to cancel my policy.<br> <br> Serushin truly has a 'can do' attitude, & has always resolved my often complex queries to my full satisfaction, consistently going the extra mile, & epitomising what client centricity is & should look like.<br> <br> My greatest fear, & to which I am now contributing, is that I cannot see Serushin remaining unpromoted for much longer, as he stands head & shoulders above anyone else I have encountred across the Discovery suite of products, in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, & advanced query resolution.<br> <br> Not only does Serushin deserve credit as aforementioned, I think he should be used as a benchmark for your various call centres & client facing staff of what the benchmark is when it comes to client service, as tragically there are too few Serushin's in Discovery.
