Wish I had never changed insurers!!!

I'm having my tracking device fitted in on Monday however needed to reschedule. I just got off the phone with one of Discovery's \consultants"and was told that if I reschedule I will be charged a fee of R150???? I am trying to spare THEIR technicians the inconvenience of coming out to my office when I'm not available and I'm being told that that is going to cost me EXTRA!!!!! REALLY?????? In addition I'm now being told that I will have to pay another R95 to Tiger Wheel and Tyre in order for them to carry out the multipoint check on my vehicle? I have also had to get a new phone as the phones that I have are not compatible with Discovery Insures \""wonderful\"" DQ Track. It's costing me more and more with this insurer. I have to say that Discovery Insure is turning out to be more and more painful and costly every day!!! Makes me wish I had never changed insurers!!"""
