Willing to help attitude

I called in yesterday again after struggling for a while to adjust my premiums to something I can afford. The last time I called I had to beg the call center agent to request a discount for me, its like she didn't even want to help.. With Nthato he greeted me with this happy energy that I couldn't help but smile and wonder what he had that morning. He disarmed my building up frustration. Even though he must be Sotho I think he tried to speak Zulu with me which engaged me and he seemed genuinely interested in my issues. He gave me service I could easily recommend to anyone.
