William Machitiso

Thank you very much William Machitiso for your excellent and extremely quick response to my emergency yesterday PM. I hit a pothole while driving home and this resulted in a flat tyre. I was forced to stop in the dark, all municipality street lamps were off. I called Discovery Insure Emergency to come assist and William Machitiso took my call. He was very friendly, helpful and professional!! I shared with him the details of the incident and the fact that the area was not lit and that I was afraid. Immediately he sent a towing company to assist with the changing of the tyre AND HE ALSO SENT A SECURITY COMPANY TO BE PRESENT IN THE SCENE FOR MY SECURITY!!!! I WAS AMAZED BY THIS AND THANKFUL THAT HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ASSIST!!!! Peace of mind is very important especially when icidents like this happen! Thank you William Machitiso for being proactive and considerate to your clients, keep it up!!!!
