Will never advise friends and family to join Discovery in Insurance/mediackl aid

As a thrid party claiming against a Discovery Insure member, i feel i have been treated unfairly in the fact that Discovery and its Assessors have made it clear although THEIR client drove into my vehicle that it is negligent on my behalf. The absolute lack of care/empaphy and feedback from Rozannah who was given my case to deal with has provided ********* and disapointing service on behalf of Discovery. Due to this I will be closing my Medical Aid scheme with Disciovery. The apple does not fall far from the tree as I have had unaaceptable service from them as well. I will look at taking this matter further as my integrity to operate my vehicle in a safe manner has been questioned and the assumption that i was in the wrong does not sit well.
