WILL DISCOVERY PAY FOR THE DAMAGES?

28/02: Car accident and claim submitted 04/03: I call them and only then am I informed that it is written off 04/03: request for Letter (submitted within an hour) to Nqobile Mthethwa 07/03: No progress reports, I call and It appears that I still need to submit letter 08/03: I have to wait on the phone for 25 minutes to be transferred to a specialist because consultants cant help me.

All this while, my settlement letter expires on 11/03/2022 and the MFC account is accruing interest.

WHO SHOULD I RELY ON IF NOT MY " AWESOME INSURANCE COMPANY"

Still no email or anything to show that they are the least bit concerned about the most traumatic experience of my life.

It might be a good idea to switch because clearly this insurance company is not trying to help me. I have just become a glorifies administrator of my own claim.

Thanks a lot. I already have an email from Discovery with a different settlement amount than that which I had submitted obviously because of the delay.

The difference is over R2000, I am not prepared to accept the loss letter.
