Why won't you call me back? I want to accept quote

Usually, I'm pretty happy with Discovery Insure, but I've been trying to accept a quote for an additional product for 12 days, but no-one will call me back. I want to give you money!<br> <br> I've tried emails, replies to emails, requesting a new quote, but still nothing. Surely someone wants the commission??<br> <br> I'd really rather not sit on hold for hours on an expensive 0860 number and thought that you'd perhaps be happy to return a call and take my money.<br> <br>
