Why is Discovery doing this to me?

Good Day

Thank you for the service discovery even though i had to push at other times. I got my car back even though the panel beaters scratched my tinting on my back window and promised to replace it by 21st of December 2018 and still I'm waiting. I'm telling Discovery because this are Panel Beaters recommended by Discovery. Then I get a call on the 15th Of December 2018. My policy had lapsed. I re approved for reinstatement. Everything will be the same Mr Maphanga the lady informed me. I waited for a debit, Nothing happened. Then I check my profile in January 2019 when I returned. My policy has been cancelled. Reason for cancellation( Pre-Inspection not done, of which I was never informed of it). Because I love this company so much and I believe in this company. I request for my policy to be reinstated again. To my surprise. My policy has moved from R943 to R1500 per month. How is that possible. Is it time for me to reconsider my relationship with Discovery?

Good Morning So your making me pay more because i missed 4 Months of payments, and that I claimed for something that wasn't my fault, and the person is paying for it through you. Wow! That makes so much sense. The 4 months I understand, yet the claim that wasn't my fault makes me angry. Maybe it time. New Year new friendships.
