Why insurance has such a terrible reputation- Stephen van Niekerk

I submitted all the required forms for a 3rd party claim on the 12/10, waited for a response. Emailed asking for next step. Sent my vehicle for an assessment. Emailed weeks later for an update- nothing, emailed again- nothing- after 6 weeks I called the joke allocated to my case Stephen Van Niekerk who told me "YOUR ASSESMENT IS WITH MY SUPERVISOR". weeks passed -emailed and emailed and emailed asking for update. NOT ONCE DID STEPHEN VAN NIEKERK have the courtesy to respond. 6 weeks after first submitting forms I finally get him on the phone (not by calling his direct line note) for him to keep me on the line for 20min as he goes through my documents for the FIRST TIME. Unfazed by the witness statement of events he snails through all the paperwork sent 6 WEEKS AGO until finally he has the absolute gall to offer me R 1855. 00 payout. Disgusting attitude of absolute arrogance
