Why increases?

Discovery, you said you'd reduce my premiums yearly if I didn't claim. You're increased them twice, from an initial R1236.33 to R1599, despite me not claiming. The car is now 2 years older and you've pushed my rate up significantly.<br> <br> This is no way to build customer loyalty, so I'm going to do some research and price comparisons.
