WHY DO I HAVE INSURANCE!!!!!

Less than 3 weeks ago I bougt a 2007 Smart car. The key remote was damaged and I took it to our local locksmith. He replaced the casing and the 3 push buttons.

Everthing was working perfectly so we went home. When we tried to lock the car ag home, it unlocks after a while itself.

Took the key remote back. Locksmith tried everything, but nothing wanted to work on the 11 year old key remote, maybe because of the age. This is nothing more than ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE nothing was done to damage the key remote on purpose!!!!!

WhatsApp my broker, which suggested we claim for it. Told by the consultant that the damage to the key remote is not covered.

I could have said that I lost my key and they would face replaced it but I was honest and that is what I get for being honest.

I have a car, but can't use it to get to my work and back as I need to ask family to drive me around.
