Why cant I cancel my car insurance - Need approval from my broker/third-party
Why do I need to speak to my broker/third party to cancel my policy????
It is unacceptable that I be held ransom by a third party where as I'm paying for it.
I spent more than 10mins on my phone trying to get it cancelled then I ran out of airtime when I asked why I need approval from my broker/thirdparty.
Your consultant did not bother to call me back either after the phone dropped... extremely poor service.
