Why am I still with Discovery Insure?

1. You call and wait for 45 minutes for someone to answer, and they pick up and drop the phone. Please guys... what if I was in a car accident or had an emergency.

2. I'm driving for close to a year without a working DQ tracker (fitted to my window screen). Called on numerous occasions (4 of 5 times)... get told by one of your "skilled consultants" a different story eg. back office will pair your tracker with you phone... still nothing.

3. WHY AM I STILL WITH DISCOVERY INSURE??????????????? 4. WHY ??????????

5. I need a superior/manager to call me so that I can get this sorted - otherwise I will move my insurance, medical aid, vitality, credit card everything away from Discovery.

6. I'm missing out on benefits and no one is getting back to me. 7. SHOCKING SERVICE !!! You guys are moving backwards !!!
