Why am I insuring with Discovery Insure?

On the 29th November 2015 I hit a rock with my vehicle damaging the said vehicle. A claim was registered accordingly with all the necessary photo's and documentation sent to Discovery Insure.<br> <br> I was advised that Trey Chetty is the consultant working with my claim.<br> <br> Trey contacted me in December stating that the vehicle will be written off due to severe damage to the suspension he requested documentation from the bank for the settlement amount, which I forwarded promptly to him.<br> <br> I tried contacting Trey via phone and email to get the assessors report from him and till date Trey as not contacted me once about any of my queries.<br> <br> I came to my attention that Trey was lying to me regarding the suspension damage. I have no confidence that Trey Chetty is the right person to handle my claim, due to his continues unprofessional and ********* ways.<br> <br> I did managed to get the assessors reports from some of the other consultants.<br> <br> Bongani Mungwe contacted me stating that a technical specialist will go to my vehicle on Monday the 10th January 2016, I was promised a full report by no later than Wednesday 13 January 2016 @ 12pm ... I'm still waiting for my report.<br> <br>
