Which is the easiest means to get hold of you

I have been trying to contact discovery since last week,been sending emails but was directed to the website.the website also doesn't help with anything and also calling them I have been put from one department to another and end up holding for a very long time.. the last time I phoned I was told that I'll receive a call today since they were on long weekend I have waited for their call but nothing,I have also sent emails but they are not going through.and I'm being redirected to the same website that doesn't have anything on what I want to enquire.where exactly should we log our queries if your emails are not working.getting hold of you is a hustle even on emergency queries.so this means if I can't get hold of you I should just ask my bank to block you from pulling money from my account because there's no other means of communicating with you.you are nowhere to be found
