Where is my cash back? No responses at all!

I have been trying to get hold of the cash-back department since March 2023 regarding my February cash back 2023. I have sent photos of my log book, my credit card statement, etc. and have logged various calls - I believe 4 or 5 - and even my broker tried to log a call to get the correct amount of cash back. I haven't received any feedback to the calls I have logged.
