WHERE IS MY CAR DISCOVERY???

After a smash and grab incident, my car was picked up by Discovery. The car was only booked in A WEEK LATER!!! Where was my car for that week? My car is still not attended to with no update. I've called numerous times for an update - nothing. I've also asked for a rental car - TWICE, nothing.
