Where is my car?

On the 20th July I was involved in a car crash on that day I had issues with the Tow company Discovery insurance contacted me and authorised Tow Company A to have my vehicle towed The authorised Tow company left my vehicle which was then towed by company B. They refused to release the car without a fee of R5000 being paid and my insurance couldn't assist with this but I was told id be reimbursed. On the 27th of July Discovery Insurance had eventually authorised a panel beating company to repair all damages to my vehicle. I received confirmation that on the 4th of August repairs have started on my car and was given a SLA of 15 working days from then. It has now been 30 working days from the day Discovery Insurance authorised the repairs on my car, and 24 working days from the date that the repairs were reported to have started and my car is still not ready to be picked up. I have been in contact with the panel beating company on various occasions, following up on the progress of my car and all they have to say is 'There is a lot of work and that I will get it \next week"every week that I call. Where is my insurance in making me feel safe in all of this?"""
