When they say we will get back to you.... Never!

I have been with discovery for almost 4yrs claim free. Now i made a claim, but the other driver's insurance company will be paying it as third party claim. The only positive thing that had happened is that my excess was waived, i think the brokers are to be given credit? I have been emailing and calling to enquire about things i do not understand, i am always told we will get back to you, they never do!! Instead they are busy reminding me about the upcoming 4th year anniversary, after which i know my premium will go up, very high up especially seeing i have now made a claim. For years i have been pleading with them about the ever increasing premium and they always tell me how body parts prices increase. I am really dissapointed by discovery, its almost like they dont care, yet i have given them over R60000 to date with my premiums.
