When Discovery Insure makes a mistake but the customer bears the brunt...

After receiving an e-mail stating that my anniversary month was coming up and that my premium were to increase R100, I immediately phoned Discovery Insure. After speaking to Dibato on 23 August and being on hold for several minutes, she confirmed that I was legible to a R100 discount and that my premium would not increase. Dibato said to phone in September again. I did as I was told and phoned again on the 5th August and spoke to Anna. Anna said the system was down but that she would e-mail me with my discounted plan schedule. She did not e-mail me. I phoned again on 6th August and spoke to Samuel. After being on hold for several minutes yet again, Samuel said he would look into it and call me back. He did not call me back. Anna then phoned and said that Dibato had made a mistake. Although I have not made any claims and I am a good driver constantly getting my rewards, I was not able to get a R100 discount as promised, apparently due to the type of car I drive. If this is so, this was your mistake, Discovery! Not mine. And I shouldn't be losing out on a mistake of yours. Apart from all the other insurances I have with you, you should be looking after your customers better. Disgusted!
