When a 5* is just not good enough!!!

I don't think that 5* is good enough for the experience I had with Vinceno Wilhase. Logged a call back on my Discovery app and was called back within 2 minutes. Vinceno took down all my details and said he will call me back as soon as he has the details from the service provider as to who will collect my car on the side of the road. I then got a call from both Vinceno and the towing service to confirm the details of who will be towing my car. Cherry on the top was a call from Vinceno as soon as I got home to ensure that I am safe and sound. Being a woman driver, it is great having someone check to make sure that I'm okay
