What Super Service!!!
I deal with numerous call centre agents on a daily basis and often put down the phone feeling rather frustrated. However today, Thanks to Lerato Motshepe, my experience was very different. She was happy to assist and go the extra mile to help me with my query and extreamly well informed on the process that even I learnt something new!!! Thanks Lerato for the Awesome Service, Hope you pick up my calls everytime!!!
