What is going on in Discovery? Part 2

Good Day

I got the call from the gentleman responsible for my claim. I don't think you understood my concern. Initially i borrowed this money from somewhere. After confirmation that he would pay R1000 per month. I was assured the R5000 would be available by the end of May 2019. I had to borrow that money. Now the end of may has come and I have nothing. The people I borrowed the money from want to take my car till I payback the money( I feel like Zuma in Parliament this days). I know that Discovery wants the full amount from This guy. All I'm saying is cant you just send me the R5000. Then I can pay this people their or I loose my car and you get me as a pest constantly sending massages through hellopeter. I have till Friday 8am or I'm ****ed. Please please please. My car is my Job if I don't have it I loose my job. Me waiting for the end of June to see if he will pay wont help me. The guy at claims is doing his Job don't take that away from him. Its time discovery looked after its clients as a company. 5yrs I cant wait that long. Please even anybody will call me, let it be to say the funds will be in my account by Friday Morning. I don't want to hear about procedures and all the other things. Or call me to confirm my banking details.
